P.3/P.4 MATHS TRAIL

Pupils in P.3/4 are off to St. Lawrence’s P.S. this morning for a Maths Trail – hopefully the weather will stay dry to enable them to make the most of the morning.

P.5/P.6 SHARED EDUCATION TRIP

Pupils in P.5/6 are travelling to Parkanaur tomorrow along with their counterparts from St. Lawrence’s P.S. and Denamona P.S. for a ‘Wild About Water’ outdoor learning day.  As this is a Shared Education trip there is no cost attached.  Pupils are advised to bring a coat, hat, wellies and a packed lunch.  All pupils should be home for the normal home time.

PADDY BOGAN CUP

Good luck to our footballers who are off to Beragh on Friday to participate in the annual Paddy Bogan Cup.  Hopefully the boys can bring home some silverware on this occasion!

GET WELL SOON RONAN

Our best wishes are extended to P.6 pupil Ronan Darcy who is currently in hospital.  Hope to see you soon Ronan!

R.I.P. DOMINIC EARLY

It was with great sorrow that we learned of the death of Dominic Early on Saturday morning.  Although Dominic was not a past pupil of the school he had become a regular visitor to the school over the years while attending Christmas Plays, Sports Days, 1st Communions etc. with Maria.  He always presented himself as a very fine and courteous young man who was a very positive role model for those who knew him.  To Dominic’s family, girlfriend Maria, the entire Harkin family and all Dominic’s wide circle of friends we extend our heartfelt sympathies.  Ar lámh dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
