Wednesday, 18th October 2017 Weekly Note

HURRICANE OPHELIA

Hurricane Ophelia has come and gone with thankfully no damage to the school building or grounds. The two enforced closures were on the advice of the Department of Education with our apologies for the late notice for Monday’s closure, in particular.

INDOOR GAELIC

Good luck to our footballers who are off to the Station Centre in Omagh to participate in an Indoor Gaelic Competition organised by St. Conors P.S. Although we are sending along a particularly youthful team, hopefully the pupils will give a good account of themselves and enjoy the day.

SCHOOL TROPHIES

Anyone who received a perpetual trophy at last year’s school prize-giving night is asked to return these to the school for display purposes. Please note that this does NOT include ‘Athlete of the Year’ awards.

THURSDAY, 19TH OCT. DINNER

There will be no chips available for tomorrows dinner due to cancellation of deliveries on Monday and Tuesday. The rest of the menu remains the same.

MARY TEAGUE

Mary Teague wishes to express her sincere thanks for all the beautiful gifts, cards and good wishes received on the occasion of her retirement. She appreciates very much all those involved in organising a very memorable retirement function.
