SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHER

The school photographer will be in school on Thursday morning. All pupils should ensure that full school uniform is worn.

WELCOME JACK

We welcome along Mr Jack McShane, a student from St. Mary’s University, Belfast, who begins his teaching practice in Mr McElholm’s class today. We trust you enjoy your stay Jack.

COFFEE MORNING/HEALTH CHECK

The parents’ association have organised a ‘Valentines’ coffee morning in the GAA Club on Saturday morning (16th Feb) from 10.00am – 12.00pm. Also present will be Action Cancer’s ‘Keeping Well’ van, with health professionals on hand to assess health and well-being and give advice etc. We hope for your support on what should prove a very pleasant and worthwhile morning.

We also appeal for donations in the shape of scones, tray-bakes etc. and anyone able to assist in this department is asked to bring donations to THE SCHOOL on Friday, 15th February. Thank you in advance for your support.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY

The school will be closed next week, Monday 18th – Friday, 22nd February for our mid-term break. School re-opens at the usual time on Monday, 25th February.

BOARD OF GOVERNORS PARENTS REP

All families should now have received ballot papers for the election of a new Parent Rep on our Board of Governors. All ballots need to be returned by Friday, 15th February at 12.00pm.
