CREDIT UNION QUIZ

Well done to all who participated in the Credit Union quiz on Friday night in Fintona Golf Club. All teams represented themselves very well and were right ‘in the mix’ until the later rounds with ultimately our P.6 and P.7 teams both finishing in a very respectable 3rd place.  Well done folks!

INDOOR GAELIC

Good luck to our footballers who participate in the Allianz Cumann na mBunscoil indoor Gaelic competition this morning. At least they will not have to worry about the poor weather for this competition!

SERVICE OF LIGHT

Our P.7 pupils along with their parents and sponsors are invited along to a Service of Light in the Sacred Heart Church tonight at 7.30pm. All families are encouraged to attend and pupils are asked to wear their school uniform.

PARENTS ASSOCIATION

The Parents Association wish to acknowledge the £230 raised via donations in advance of the Christmas holidays. These funds will be used to help provide educational opportunities for our pupils in a climate of ongoing cuts and austerity.  Thank you.

WELL DONE BRANDON

Congratulations are due to P.6 pupil Brandon Downey who finished in a very commendable 18th place in the N.Ireland cross-country finals in Dundonald last Wednesday.  Brandon’s top 20 finish also sees him selected for the N.Ireland Athletics Development squad – quite an achievement!  Well done Brandon!
