CONGRATULATIONS BRANDON
A huge congratulations is extended to P.7 pupil Brandon Downey who triumphed in the Flahavans Cross-Country event in Ballygawley last Wednesday – a magnificent achievement which makes him very much the man to beat in Round 2 which takes place in Dungannon in December. P.6 pupil Alana Teague, despite conceding a year to her opposition, secured a top ten finish by coming in 8th place – another fantastic performance! Finally, well done to all our hardy participants who battled so gamely to finish on a very gruelling course – you did yourselves proud!!
GAELIC BLITZ
Good luck to our boys and girls who will participate in the Cumann na mBunscoil Blitz at Garvaghy on Thursday morning. Those selected will be issued with further details during the week.
PARENTS ASSOCIATION
There will be a meeting of the Parents Association in the school tonight at 8.00pm. All new members welcome.
DRUMRAGH COLLEGE TASTER DAY
Drumragh College are having a Taster Day for interested P.6/7 pupils on Wednesday (16th October). Pupils should register their interest with Drumragh College no later than tomorrow Tuesday. Interested pupils should make their own way to Drumragh College for 9.00am and be collected at 3.00pm. Lunch will be provided and uniform is not necessary.
