WELCOME STUDENT TEACHERS

We welcome along Mr Ronan McCann & Miss Chloe McGuigan, who begin their teaching practice in Mrs Mellon & Mr McElholm’s class today. We trust you enjoy your stay folks.

COFFEE MORNING/HEALTH CHECK

The Parents’ Association have organised a ‘Valentines’ Coffee Morning in the GAA Club on Saturday morning (15th Feb) from 10.00am – 12.00pm. Also present will be health professionals to assess health and well-being and give advice etc. We hope for your support on what should prove a very pleasant and worthwhile morning.

We also appeal for donations in the shape of scones, tray-bakes etc. and anyone able to assist in this department is asked to bring donations to the school or the GAA Club on Friday evening, 15th February. Thank you in advance for your support.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY

The school will be closed next week, Monday 17th – Friday, 24th February for our mid-term break. School re-opens at the usual time on Monday, 24th February.

GO GAMES HALF TIME EXHIBITION

Due to the inclement weather Lily-Rose & Finbar Darcy’s opportunity to perform in the half-time Go Games in the Tyrone v Kerry match was postponed until the Dublin fixture. Hopefully the weather will behave the next day!

PARENT TEACHER MEETINGS

Just a respectful reminder that Parent-Teacher meetings will be held in the school tomorrow & Wednesday. Please contact the school to arrange a suitable time. Should these dates be unsuitable, please contact the teacher concerned to arrange a mutually convenient date.

NO YOUTH CLUB

Please note there will be no youth club this week due to preparations for our coffee morning.
